You will have an immediate opportunity to use financial management tools - ratio analysis, the "cause and effect" road map and the income statement/balance sheet analysis - to assess the financial performance of a typical jewelry store.

We'll divide participants into small groups to assess how sample jewelry stores stack up against their industry peers, to identify the key areas needing improvement, and to create an action plan to address the issues.
